Since I have been cutting out my pop intake, ive upped my water intake. Im not sure how much I drink a day because I dont keep track, but I know Im drinking alot more than I used to. Ive started working out at a gym, so im definately going to be drinking even more so that im plenty hydrated. So how much do you drink a day?

Maybe one glass a day but I have been drinking Propel Gatorade alot lately (berry flavor) and it is really good and has alot of vitamins in it, You should try drinking both of those together but I would only drink Propel when your working out

Hi AmberNormandin, I drink plenty of water, may be a liter or two. I take wantedly because to get rid of cramps I used to get. For a number of years I was sufferring with severe body pains and after a long diagnosis it was found that the pains are due to lack of water in my body. I was adviced to take 2 liters of water per day. After taking it for 3 months I started getting relief from body pain and I continued to drink. I think my body pains subsided after an year. After that I continued to take plenty of water till now. Good Luck.

I drink about three liters of water a day. I'm a scavenger when it comes to water. My friends and my boyfriend call me little camel because I can't last even thirty minutes without water. In fact wherever I go you will always see me with my water bottle.

I drink around eight glasses a day, and possibly more because I get really thirsty. I have never been a great soda drinker, but I do love my tea and juice. I sometimes feel as if all the water goes right through me and does not stop for anything, and I do not drink full glasses, I usually drink in spurts, a little at a time, so perhaps I could be drinking or less. It all depends.

I drink about 14 glasses of 8oz. of water a day. I'm almost always thirsty because of two medications I take, and I really love the feel of ice cold water going down my throat anyway. I lost five pounds since last week, and I wonder if I would lose more faster if I cut out all of my pop. I don't think I can though, I have to have my caffeine. : )

I'm trying to do better, I am a huge tea drinker and tried to convince myself that tea was just colored water LOL. NOT. So I noticed that Weight Watchers has downgraded the recommended intake from 8 8-oz glasses a day to only 6. Seems easy enough to do, I take a liter bottle around with me everywhere and it's 33 oz so if I can do 2 of those a day I feel pretty good about it. I was cautioned by my doctor several years ago when I was in my "serious" diet and exercise mode, I was drinking 200 ounces a day and he said whoa!! your only peeing out all your good enzymes and triglycerides etc. Makes your potassium levels go low. So that being said, I try to stick to 50-70 oz. a day, seems to work well for me. It has also helped my dry skin problem.

Actually if plain water maybe only 2 glases per day. but add for warm tea it's about 2 glases per day. this february is very cold in my country so i confine myself to drink too much during this month because will be taking much in pee.
