Would you ever sign up for the Biggest Loser show. I take my hat off for the people who make the big sacrifice. And my heart goes out to the participants, who, after leaving the show, put the weight back on that they lost. It is no easy job getting rid weight and of course, the more you have to harder the job. Just wanted to know your opinion. Thanx!

I think that I would far to self-conscious to get up on the scales in front of the world. I am on a weight-loss program and exercise in the privacy of my own home though! The folks who go on the show are to be admired and supported. To me it takes a lot of courage to get in front of the world and be so vulnerable!

I would love to go on the show and get the help to lose the weight. The thing that would stop me is having to stand on the scales in front of the world. I could never do that, no one but me knows my true weight.
