Fruits are verymuch helpful for us in maintainig health.Isnt it? ORANGE-Reduces cholesterol,controls ulcers &peptic cancers.It is also good for heart problems,rheumatoid arthritis,&as appetizer. GRAPES-Good for migraine head ache & vericose veins. BANANA-good for ulcers & constipation. Helps to control depression. APPLE- Good for lungs &gums. PAPAYA-Helps for proper blood circulation,protects from allergies,good for problems like cold flu, & earache. So dont neglect fruits &try to take them daily in ur breakfast.
