Theres a site called www.eventful.com .. u can request a concert by them in ur locality there. Then they put ur request to vote .. if u get more than a certain number of votes, they forward ur request to evanescence ... Its a long process, and it needs a lot of support from diffrent people with all that voting thingy. Im not sure if it'd really help but u can try ...
