The hitting of a spy satellite by an american missile is a very great news. Brilliant show by the american defence though this is speculated as a strength showing strategy to china

I think you're right about the USA wanting to send a message to China.
The different reporting of this latest event compared to when China demonstrated that it could shoot down one of its own satellites has really shown a bias against China in the Western media.
I say congratulations to China, and to the USA, for being able to do something like this.
If all of this has military overtones, I'd say that the USA would have more to lose if its satellites were shot down, than China would.
