I do believe there is nothing wrong with marrying from another race, it open us to a whole realm of experience.

I dont have a problem with it . I am have been a bi racial marriage for 7 years. To this day I have people say things to me about why do black people do this or that and it got me thinking what cause I am married to a black man I know what its like to be of another race . No I dont and dont pretend to either . I was curious to see other folks views on it and its interesting . I thank all of u for u r responses

I don’t think it actually makes you an expert for there's so much to learn and understand. But you are more sensitive to that particular race and have more knowledge about them. if you truly love someone then language, culture, race, religion or any other matters, should not be an issue or barrier. i've seen and heard many people who date other people that's not the same race as them and they are happy together. But when in an inter-cultural or inter-racial relationship, the couple must know that they might face problems or that there are people who wouldn't approve of their relationship. they have to work together and stand by each other to try to overcome the problem. if they love each other, then they would not mind the obstacles that they have to go thru. but if only one of them is willing to preserve the relationship, then it could be difficult. i don't have anything against inter-cultural/racial relationship, in fact i admire those who are in that kind of relationship, and how their strength, courage and love for each other made their relationship possible.

Absolutely NOT...BUT dating someone of a different race will eventually give you a better understanding of that race etc..But it certainly wouldnt make you an expert by any means..

to me theres nothing wrong to date outside your race i do it all the time , all races of women , to me i feel like im missing out and i never want to regret, and i know my own races of people probaly dont like it , but hey we all get hated on at times so thats regular

i personally do not have any p[roblem with dating outside my race., i do although not like certain traits of other races for lets say a love partner i have plently of friends of different races just not as lovers. i also do not feel it makes you an expert but when u actually share your life with someone i would say you have a better understanding as aopposed to someone that isnt
