Greek Yogurt?

Has anyone used this? I have heard about it on a lot of foodie show, but have not seen it in the market. What makes it different from regular yogurt?

The one that I had was thicker than regular yogurt, but didn't really taste all that different. For recipes that call for greek yogurt, I had good luck with draining some plain yogurt with a cheese cloth or coffee filter until it was a little thicker.

I used to get greek yoghurt made from sheep's milk, not sure if it has any major health benefits, I just got it because I liked the taste.
