ear ache? ear murder!!

someone has to fill me in with some info to help me out because right now my ear is killing me. Anything will help, because im willing to try it all at this point. It started a day ago because my left ear started acting up, i took some ear wash and i was def for the entire night. then the next day i was okay, untill later in the afternoon when my right ear started acting up. Right now my ear is pounding like heart beats, giving me some major head aches and making it hard to focus on anything.
also make it something in the household, cause im broke right now.

If you have anything with guaffensin in it, that will help. Also an OTC decongestant, or possibly antihistamine. Try filling a sock with some uncooked rice, tie the end and warm it in the microwave for a minute or two. Use it like a heat pack. My ears do that a lot when the weather is changing. These are things I do.

thanks im tried the uncooked rice in a sock, but it still hurts, im probably gonna have to see a doctor.
