First off, I'd like to thank everyone for their advice, all of it gave me something to think about. We had our company evaluation today as a matter of fact, and she did not look happy. I have a tough time saying anything simply because i don't like being the "tattletale", but you guys were right: either i say something, or quit. I do like the people i work with (most of them), which is why i've stayed as long as i have. I guess that considering that the boss knows that this person gets bad reports whenever a secret shopper comes in and deals with her, which means the company gets a bad rating, then it is up to the boss to do something to set things right. Anyway, thanks again to everyone who responded.
