What would you do if a dentist pulled out the wrong tooth?

Say for a couple days now you've had nothing but a bad toothache. You finally decided that a dentist visit is in order and you go there and he tells you there's nothing wrong with the tooth that you think is bringing you such misery. You tell him you want it pulled anyway. He pulls the wrong one out, what would you do?

I have a really good dentist so I've never had this problem. I wouldn't be thrilled if it accidently happened but then again...it would be one less one to worry about. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I"m glad you have a great dentist. I've been going to this dentist all my life so I'd expect better from him. Thanks for your comment

Out of anger, I might throw the dentist a punch if he pulled the wrong tooth. Many dental practitioners are spared a lot of time even if they do or recommend which is not true!

Could this be a legal matter? Could we taken them to court for it and sue them?
