Are PTC sites reliable? Please help

Hello,
I need your help guys! I am very much interested in PTC(Point to Click) sites. Today, i registered in a few places which pays for clicking on ads and links. But I feel insecure about these links. Are there any chances of these links being virus or something suspicious?Please help. Can I trust such sites?
I dont want my system to be infected with virus. So I want to confirm from poeple who have been using PTC sites. Please give me proper inputs on this.

every one wants to make money in every possible way provided it is legal and does not involve too many hassels.Just to getpaid on referrals one should not refer others to the sites unless truly one has found it to be safe from virus and really paying.ai dont know of any except mylot.

virus's are everywhere. none of them are completely safe but i do have a few sites that i use to make money online. i started a blog that has list of paying sites that i have been paid at. also there is a spot there for problem sites, scam sites, etc. if you want to take a look and becareful joining any of the ones listed in teh scam post. www.signmeup1.blogspot.com.
there are alot of good paying ones though. i have 2 i just found that paid me 5 times last week and have been paying everyday this week. they are listed tehre too. its not alot but when you put all teh sites together i get enough to cover a bill or two.
