what do u do to stay fit??

i love to run and that is something i consider than lifting weights ..So in order to keep fit i run... whats ur view???

to be fit i go out for gogging early morning and i to gym. i drink health drinks and eat home food

i love running slowly and it really works. but the key point is you should stick to it for a month at least. you won't reach the effect before that. remember not to run quickly, as it only results to the muscle changed from fat. it's terrible result.

I use my gym ball for ab workout, I go bicycling too, just here around the yard.. as for foods, I just decided to go fruits for lunch, and just eat a meal at dinner with husband :)

i used to go for a walking at nights during the weekdays and swimming during weekends and holidays to keep myself fit. Cycling is the best exercise to stay fit rather lifting weights.

I do a few things..but none of it really works that well becauase I always come in and eat alot of bad food lol but i am not overweight thank goodness..but usually i walk alot when im not working and then try and lift weights and lately i have really been trying to watch what I am eating...so that helps me alot..so i do a number of things!
