I was working in a large corporate company for almost ten years. The last 2 1/2 years I was training someone in another country to do my job. I had to work late nights and early mornings to train this person. In the end I left my job due to the stress of it all not knowing when they were going to lay me off (since they were laying off people within the company with no warning.) when would I be let go because my job was going to the person that I was training. The long hours and the lack of time I was spending with my family. I think that we have as a country went in a very bad direction. We are paying other countries to do the jobs that we have people right here that can do. It is taking the jobs away from us and there are no replacement jobs. That means that you either need to take a job that you are OVER qualified for (which most places will not hire you if that is the case.) Or you need to go back to school which you can afford because you dont have a job to pay for it. What are your thoughts on this?

I read a very interesting book called The World is Flat. It discusses the idea of the job market, economy and the idea of no real 'place of origins' for companies. This is a very unique world as we are facing a challenge. But with change comes opportunity! The internet has cut into our job market but it has given the average joe the power most companies only dreamed about having decades ago! What would you like to achieve with you life? Maybe I can offer a suggestion!

It is just another way to rip off our own country. It is destroying our own work source. Our own people cannot find decent jobs. They tend to outsource jobs that could be filled by middle class people. It is killing our middle class. Soon all we will have is a wealthy class and a poor class. Then we will be a third world country ourselves. How sad is that. Who will pay the taxes then to support the topheavy government then? You know what comes next don't you? A revolution. Are they so stupid that they do not see history about to repeat itself? All they can see is their own greed. One day they are liable to see their own blood spilled. Shalom~Salaam~Peace
