Read TOS Before Joining

I was about to sign up in one ptc site when I read the TOS (terms of service). In front of their home page, the payout is $.5 but in their TOS it is $10.00.
Another one is excellent###. In their homepage, the payout is $.50 but in their TOS, it's $2
What do you think ptc clickers?

The TOS is the easiest way for a scam site to fool anyone. No one actually reads them. I learnt this the hard way when I joined boxofdollars, a scam site that claims to pay but infact you cannot do anything with the money earned fromo them.
