What do you love most about going to the beach?

I love to go to the beach. The one thing I love most about the beach is the feeling of freedom and peace, looking at the beautiful blue ocean and sky makes me feel so free.
What do you like most? Is it swimming in the ocean, sunbaking, building sandcastles on the beach, playing games on the beach, surfing, collecting shells,.....

Hi there! I love going to the beach because my son do too. We have fun whenever we go to the beach swimming and building sand castles, collecting shells and just playing around.

Hey, the beach is a great place for kids, they could play there for hours, building castles and collecting shells and swimming. Enjoy these times with your son :))

hi kiran! i really like the scenery at the beach. i love the calming blue waters and the swaying palm trees. but mostly, i love the fresh sea air. it makes me feel good just relishing the clean air. God bless you! :)

Hi spoiled311, sounds like we like the beach for much of the same reasons. The beach can definately be very calming and soothing. The beach also makes me feel happy to be alive and experiencing life. God bless you, too. :)) Thanks for your response.

Pakistan is hot country and u cant take sun bath here as u will be sun burnt then, LOL
i like to walk to beach, on wet sands, gentle waves touching feets, blue sky, sound of waves, water all over where ur sight go, gentle breeze, showers of droplets by waves
isnt that sound good

Hi, when I was younger (a long time ago!) I used to live opposite the sea. The beaches in the UK are not as great as the ones you'll find abroad but it still holds something magical for. I remember during the summer holidays my cousins and I would wait until the tide went out so we could walk on the sandy part of the beach and then watch the tide slowly come in until the sand disappeared leaving just the stones to walk on. There was also an amusement park on the beach front where we would go to in the evenings to have a ride on the Big Wheel. During the winter months I would sit by the window in the lounge and watch the sea crashing against the pebbles on the beach. I really miss living by the sea. Ahhhhhh, those were the happy days!

I must admit that I hadn't come across anything quite so exciting as that when I was at the beach, although it wouldn't surprise me if other people have. It's amazing how far things are carried by the sea's current. The only things my cousins and I searched for were pieces of broken glass that had been ground down by the pebbles. They looked so pretty that we collected enough to put into the fish tank in the house!

Hi,
I don`t remeber where, but I heard that beaches in the UK are also magical for the fact that there you can find things from America. Hot water flow carry them through the Atlantic ocean and throws to the UK beaches.
There should be possibility that you can find there cocoa nuts or other things that are able to endure such long way.
Have you experienced something similar ?
I have never been to UK beaches.

I love the calming sound of the water the most, and apart from that, i like building sandcastles while "fighting" with the water by building drains . I of course love playing in the water, kissing in the water... and other stuff with my girlfriend there; Sometimes i like to collect shells to, other times i just want to lay in the sun until i get hot, then run into the water.

I think just by sitting down in front of the beach and watch the water waves do its beauty. I think it's what I like the most being in a beach. I like swimming too but not in a too sunny hour. It hurts my skin.
It's true, you feel like you're so free because of the beach environment. It really is different from the city environment you know..

I love going to the beach because of the view...the ocean, the sun, the clouds, the skies, the breeze, the trees, sands and the mountains. It's nice to see the people around too.
I love taking pictures and the beach is a very nice subject.
