is it a good time to buy a home?

Hello here,as the price of house is soaring very high ,though there are also many people rush to buy their own house,but I think for poor or mid-class people,this is really a difficult things to face and overcome.So,if we don't have the enough cash how can we go to buy a house ?But how can we get the enough house?To do ~~~~ How difficult for me to answer it !

since the market value is down i dont think it is a bad idea to go for one .. If you ask me it is a reasonably good time .. but, ofcourse every1 has his own opinion .. listen to every1 but follow what you think is right for you ...
