Cameo roles in TV-shows

It's nothing new, big stars have played minor roles in sitcoms or lend their voice for animated characters. I don't think there's a single Hollywood actor that never played in Friends. My favorite is George Clooney, who did the voice of Sparky, the gay dog in Southpark. What's your favorite cameo?
