Customer service (IVR)

Now a days, all the customer service calls through your mobile or landline are attended by interactive voice service. You will be asked to select a particular option you want from a menu which carries on for a long time. If you want to talk to a customer care agent, they will make you wait atleast 2 minutes saying that "all our agents are busy, your call is important to us, please stay online". What do you feel?

its very annoying especially when you are already pissed off ,but i guess sometimes i just cut the call off and go straight to the store or office in consideration
