Now a days, all the customer service calls through your mobile or landline are attended by interactive voice service. You will be asked to select a particular option you want from a menu which carries on for a long time. If you want to talk to a customer care agent, they will make you wait atleast 2 minutes saying that "all our agents are busy, your call is important to us, please stay online". What do you feel?
