Religious Hipocrits

How does religion play into your life? I am not an overly religious person. I went to sunday school when I was a child and I send my children to sunday school. but I do not go myself. I have a problem with organized religion. I practice the commandments. I am a moralistic person. I have found some people to be very hipocritical. They don't practice what they preach. It is almost like they think because they go to church it will save them from there sins, do you know anyone like this? I am always arguing with my boss about his lusting after other woman, he is a married man. I don't find his actions appropriate. But because I don't go to church am I wrong and a hipocrite myself. I have a friend who got pregnant by a man that left his family to go and preach the word of god. What is he thinking he has a responsibility to raise his child, but again using god as an excuse he doesn't have to. He will even quote passages from the bible to say why it is ok and he believes it. What are your thoughts on this and do you practice what you preach?
