Excitement buying things

Do you ever get excited about buying items? Like lets say you want to buy a new computer and you look all over the internet for good deals.
Your really excited about this new computer , lets say you have been looking for a month. Then you finally buy the item and its no longer exciting?
I have that happen to me all the time , i find it more exciting thinking about it , or even just looking for the item. Then when you get the item its just not exciting anymore.

I get excited about shopping period. Whether you go out and shop or shop over the internet. Its not as exciting to have the computer afterwards but I guess it depends on the person. I recently bought a new computer. And after 5 years of dealing with old POS lol Im soooo happy to have a new one. And now that im not as excited I still would rather have it then be stuck with the last one. I get more excited about shopping for clothes or stuff for my daughter. :)

I do get kind of excited sometimes if i am making a big purchase or something like that because you are getting something new...and that always makes people happy...until you get the bill for it...and when you do that the excitement really tones itself down a good bit then..because then reality sets in and you realize you have to pay for it

I get buyers remorse big time. We recentlty bought a new HDTV and I was so excited while looking for a great price. I finally found a great deal and was so excited. I got a thrill when I bought it. However after we hooked it up the novelty fell off.
