giving up an advice, does it reduce your wealth of knowledge

if someone ask your advice on specific problem or instance he/she is facing, do you feel free to offer all you can just to shape him/her in good mood and gain his/her friendship, or you normally save some for future cases. probably you keep some for yourself, or not so sure what is the best move to do and hesitate to say so. what about competitiveness if any. please tell me how you feel about it. is it naive to do all you can.

not at all,if our advice is calm and effective,it dosn't matter whom you are advicing father or son or maybe a friend.calmess in your voice and meanings should be maintained throughout your session of speech so that it turns effective and which can make a difference.
