is thie topic sbout chinese dishes?anyway,i think chinese culture is deep and complex.and now i have to say there are two types of chineae culture.one is the real culture is known as confucius, the other is the culture in china now.you know there is a ten-year long revelution in the modern history of china and it almost distroyed china.i can say, troditional chinese culture is the most meaningful one all over the world and it is the biggest difference~~ just my own opinion

Hi!Thanks for your opinion...But I really don't agree with you, as we know the policy of reform and opening up greatly improved peoples' living standards, yeah.. I know we should protect the traditonal culture, but we also should make the modern people living better! That's my opinion!

no offense to anyone but the cultural difference between chinese and american is as different as anything can be! everything that can be different is different. name any thing and i can tell you how difference these two nationalities are. from food to culture, from language to deportment. take for example, it's rude not to look the other person in the eye when you are talking to them for americans, but it's rude to stare into the eyes of a chinese when you are talking to them! also, americans have a tendency to call everyone by name, but it's a NO NO to call any elders by their given name. personally, with the advancement of technology, though the world is getting smaller, the distance between individuals are getting bigger. :(
