pears to chocolate

In pastry using very pears to the chocolate... You never eat them?

We have used canned pears. Put them in the freezer to make sure they are a little firmer than usual. Mushy is not tasty. Takes about 1/2 an hour. Then take some hershey Chocolate syrup and drizzle over each pear. After you put them in a seperate dish of course. Makes a yummy and quick dessert. Don't know about as a pastry though.
