A Federal Judge just approved the lawsuit against Microsoft for misrepresenting some computers that were running Windows XP as capable of running Vista, when the computers were not powerful enough to do so. Were you affected by this? If so, would you take part in the lawsuit? http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,332371,00.html

I was not affected by the false promise because I believe in new that the vista is a very system resource hungry operating system and that meant that it is not a good choice for my computer where I have installed a a lot of heavy software is mostly 3-D applications. I have seen new laptops and computers from good companies giving the new operating system as the default but I opted not to use that operating system because frankly speaking it sucks the time. Microsoft has done it a lot of times and they have done in the game this new operating system is not at all cool. No one wants such an operating system which will slow down your computer which is the speciality of their new operating system. And also I believe in nothing looks are okay till time and I'm not compromising with mine speed. I am buying a computer to work and not flaunt my looks. But if there is no work there is no need for that computer. I find XP one a good operating system and can now I'm using it only with the latest service packs because it works well and also it is not a system of hungry operating system. Looks are okay and that is enough for me to work.
