How do you feel about your online friends?

I really can't say how many I have, but I know it is a lot!
I am in several groups (yahoo) and we talk about things you can get for free, relationships, our families, everyday life and well, sometimes I don't think I would be as strong as I am if it weren't for my internet friends being there supporting me and answering questions when I need answers. lol.
What about you? How do you feel about your internet friends

I love my internet friends. A few in the past have been nothing but annoying but theres some that ive talked to for years that we really get along. This one is great we talk about everything from kids, to bfs/gfs, jobs, personal issues etc. And some are friends that ive had at old schools that live to far away to hang out with and we can only chat through the internet.

I think internet friends are a fanastic thing cos you know you can share anything with them and you don't need to carry their burdens around the rest of the day and vice versa. The whole concept of online friends is fanastic and something I relish.
I know that some of the friends I have in real life can't really get their head around this but the are social networking virgins.

I love the friends I have met on the internet, especially my friends from the frugal group. LOL
I have met one online friend. I met her through a craft group. We were vacationing in Hilton Head, SC and she lived in Savannah so we went over to meet her and her husband. We have been friends since, almost 12 years. We don't communicate as much as we use to, but we are still there for each other.
