Not only study, it is scientifically proved that tea has some sort of anti oxidants which help our body to get away with bad cholestrol. Do you drink tea or coffee?

Hi andyvish, It is sure that tea is better than coffee and tea do have anti-oxidants but that will no way reduce the risk of heart attack. Accumalation of bad cholesterol is due to so many reasons and tea cannot remove or reduce the bad cholesterol totally. If you have a practise of drinking coffee and tea - tea is less harmful compared to coffee. But anything in excess is bad for health. Good Luck

Tea all the way. Never touch coffee. The smell is nice but the taste repulsive.
