what kind of movie do you think good for student?

when i was a student i'm always addicted to TV and movie .every time i eventually make me put on a lot of weight and poor sight.i regred it several time without good end.i don't know what i should do to be a normal guy and to run away from someempty space.also i want to give others good experiences of myself.so if there have many kinds of movies .action comedy history drame.which one you want you child to see?

There is a good movie I found that my four year old enjoys. And surprise my hubby and I like it too. It is a documentary on the life cycles on the planet Earth. Sea life, animals and humans. It uses stop motion and timelapse filming. It is terrific. Came out in 2004. The title is Genesis. It is truly amazing to watch.
