The Sims 2: Pets for PS2

Does anyone else have this game for the PS2? I bought it last Friday but haven't played it all that much yet. I've played a few times and think it's pretty interesting. It would've been better if the store still sold the Gamecube version because I have a Gamecube.
Anyways, this game is pretty fun with the pets aspect of it. It doesn't seem to have many decorating options though. I know that when you buy stuff at the town square, the stores will get bigger and offer more pet products. Is there anything that can be unlocked for humans to use? How many things are there to unlock? Very many things or a few things?

hmmm i didn't get into it... i might try again sometime. but i doubt it would like it, i like the pc version of the game a lot better. Just because of the gameplay.

I don't have the pc version of this game, but I plan on buying it when I can! Well, I think I'd buy "Open For Business" first though hehe. I'm not really into animals, but I wanted to try this game and see what it was like.

you would be better off getting university or something but i like the pets because of some of the extra items you get :)

Oh I will definately be getting University when I can lol. That's funny how I'm so behind on the Sims series and they are making Sims 3 now! lol

Yea I bought it when I got a new PS2 when Wal-Mart didn't have The Sims 2. I don't like it that much. I haven't played it that much since I bought it a few weeks ago. I like to play the story format on the console not the open end ones. I like to do goals and move to different houses once you reach them. Thats just my taste though!

I haven't played this game much either. I got too caught up playing that Bully game lol. I haven't played that since last week though because the PS2 broke!

I have the game, but i don't play it at all, i dunno why but i really didn't like it that much. I enjoy the PC version better. I like the gameplay on it and it isn't so hard to control

I never liked it because I have it for PS2 As well but it was glitched. I gave my cat food water and a litter box and a cat bed and it would not eat sleep drink or use the bathroom. Eventually all its meters were empty and it stood in one spot, standing up and sitting down... again and again and again.
