First off I have to begin by saying my step-son has disslexia. For anyone that don't know what that is he has a real hard time reading, I met him in Oakhill, Ohio that's about 35 to 40 south of chillicothe, or 85 north of kentucky. But anyway's he wanted to do online schooling, Well he's doing it but, in 1 entire school yr. you are to have 965 hours; He has 156. Now they are half way thru the school yr. He should have over 400 hrs. I've tried to explain, how to e-mail, how to do his homework many, many many, thing's if you only knew But to no avail. Now don't any of you think I'm giving up on him, I just don't know what to do. Beleive me anybody and all of you at MYLOT please please please e-mail with ANY ideas

First, I am wondering, how did you find out about your son having Dislexia? Sometimes I wonder if my daughter has it. Also, are there any video portions of the online schooling? I would think that they could make some allowances with his dislexia. Maybe watching videos or doing video reports or interacting with the online school/teachers with a webcam?
