Friends I'll sleep 6 hours a day?And u?

Hey friends.. I just wanted to say that i sleep 6 hours a day.. And tell me how many hours u sleep.. And tell me the time when u go to bed?I'll go to bed at 11pm and woke up in between 5-6 am..

hi there! 6 hours sleep is not good for me, i sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours, but when its summers then i usually sleep only for 6 hours as the hot weather makes you wake up early in the morning!

First of all i would like to thank you for responding to my discussion and now coming to the point...6 hours may not be enough for u my friend but it is the maximum if u sleep more than that it will increase the lazyness ok Any how it was a very good response once again thanks for the response...

i used to have at least 8 hours sleep and then i will have more than 8 hours during weekends.. now that my work has changed i am having 3 hours sleep during my night work and 5-6 hours if i am on day shift... i feel so tired at times.

its good to hear from you friend 5-6 hours sleep is very good .try to take more rest if u are under night shift . it is good to take good sleep during night rather than day time so utilise the time take rest if you are taking up day shift.

On working days I try to get at least 6-7 hours of sleep. On weekends, I try to catch up with my sleep and rest, therefore I sleep more coz I'm able to wake up late.

First of all i would like to thank you for responding to my discussion and now coming to the point...Yes thats good to have good sleep on week ends but if u do take lot of time to sleep on weekends you will get lazy for the next day..Any how it was a very good response once again thanks for the response...

I usually go to bed between 12am and 1am and wake up around 5:30am to 7:00am. I just have too much stuff to do everyday. But that's okay for me.

its not fixed time for me to sleep but whenever i get tired or get exhausted i go to bed but now its exam time so i go to bed at 3:00 am.

First of all i would like to thank you for responding to my discussion and now coming to the point...No matter when ever you sleep just have a habit of keeping an alarm so that you can make sure that you wake up exactly after 6 hours..Its a very good practice and if u can do it for 5 days no need to follow alarm u can keep it off..Any how it was a very good response once again thanks for the response...

LOL...if you ask me,,,i will smile on this...you know why? it's because i usually sleep at 2am and woke up at 6am...this is my usually sleep routine but i sleep also 2 hours a days it happens sometimes every saturday dawn because no work that day...i spent almost 20 hours on my computer...

hey thats great to work for 20 hours to work with a computer but i cab tell u pls don sit before a compute for too long it dameges your health

I usually sleep about 8 hours every night, I go to bed around 11pm and get up around 7 am every morning.

First of all i would like to thank you for responding to my discussion and now coming to the point...Hey 8 hours is too much for me i cannot even think of sleeping 8 hours during nights and it could some times make you lazy so i want u to go to bed lately and get up early in the morning to set rid of that 8 hour sleep..Any how it was a very good response once again thanks for the response...
