Hi Pals, What's up? Still remember that we need to wrote quite some papers about if I were... If I were the mayor, if I were the teacher, if I were the president... and I ever thought that if I were the HR I would treat the applicants differently. Today, I got the chance to go to hire the guys directly from the graduate-to-bes market. I really acted as a HR the whold date. All in all, it's a horrible job for the HR as well, I could never image how tough the job could be before. At the 1st beginning, not many people came for the interview due to lack of the introduction of the com.,once we got it, the crowds arrived, I couldn't even take a break fm 10 am to 2 pm. Although I have interviewed dozens of people who're interested in my departement, I still couldnt' stand this kind of 4 hours long interview. What bothers me is not that many people came for the position, but is I should have to tell the applicants again and again between the sales assistant + business development enginer.:( After all day's effort, I finally chose 5 best candidates, and Eric got 6, which means, there will be still a 2nd interview to go next week, and hopefully, 3 could join our team finally. God bless me! "What a day!" I would have to say that I need a break and I need to think twice before I hire next person and go hunt another job. Good luck, gals/guys, have a wonderful weekend! hi andy! ^__^ how are you? i hope you're doing okay. i have never had any idea of how hard an HR's job is, all i know is they are in charge of the employee. but reading your discussion, i realized now how hard it really is to interview so many applicants on just one day. before i have always thought that interviewers always had fun in scaring applicants. ^__^;; i never thought they get tired of the job. LOL good luck to you and keep up the good work!

Hello dear andy. Long time no see. I was wondering what was up with you. How was your spring festival, dear friend? Well, it is really hard work for you today with the four-hour interview. I hope that you would not miss the best ones that you will finally select as your final staff in your company. I do not understand why you need to think twice before you (hire next person and) go hunt another job. So do you mean hiring is one thing and going hunting is another for you? Or you mean that you will go hunt another job after you have hired the next person, please? I would like to know the relationship between them with interest. Thanks.
