y should we surf at lower speed and higher cost

I think I have the United States government and people involved with the internet speeds to ask them that. In other countries such as Japan, South Korea, Russia, they have cheaper Internet and higher speeds. While many people in the United States are struggling to surf at 1.5 Mps (Megabytes per second), those people in the other countries surf at 2 Gps (Gigabytes per second) and sometimes over. So to answer your question, in the age of broadband we, the United States have a slow Internet connection whilst our neighbors like Japan enjoy a high speed Internet. -Feel Free to Disagree
