Whats a good way to kick start my exercise routine. I have a lateral thigh trainer. How long should I be on there for me to actually lose weight. Or should I just go for a traditional walk. Want to get fit and healthy for summer. Help

Well I dont know what a lateral thigh trainer is but that aside I would say that the best way to get STARTED is by walking daily....maybe some yoga or pilates...the more use to working out regularly you get the more you can incorperate to your routine...Walking is an excellent place to start IMO..
