Would you pay someone to be a premium member under you?

I just got a message from someone saying that he would like to be an active referral for me in dailyclicks but i got to pay for his premium fee. I mean i don't even know this guy. i don't want to risk my money.

Wow that person has nerve. I would never ask someone to that but I might give an incenative for someone to join under me.

Boy I guess anything goes on the internet now. I wont pay for premium membership but I would give my active referrals a bonus from time to time. I got that idea from another mylotter. Problem is, I have no way of reaching my downline. Most of the sites only give their screen name and not email. Thanks for posting this comment, never know, someone else might be going thru this.
