How to stop our children from going to Instant food restaurant?

Why I should stop my children from going to Instant food restaurant such as KFC and McDonald? First.. I pend a lot there.. Second.. It is not healthy.. Third .. I love to cook.. If they want fried chicken, i'll fried chicken for them and i told them that my fried chicken is better than in restaurants. So they don't need to go the restaurant. One day my 5 years old little girl told me that she wanted to go to KFC or McDonald is not because of the food. It is because of the toys. ha..ha..ha..

only time we use fast food is if we are not going to be home. My kids use to go there instead of school lunch... basicall almost the same price if you use the $1 menu... Now they just take some snacks til they can make it home! One of my kids gave up McDonalds for lent... thought that was a good thing for them!

yes, the toys is attractive, especially for children. In fact, a lot of young girls also like these toys. I like the KFC or McDonald, too, but I like more the cook at home or other restaurants, but not the instant food.
