life is all about your past, present and the future. you look at your past and correct your mistakes, you look at your present and adjust but for the future you plan.

Life for me is the ability to experience every waking moment regardless of circumstance.
One thing comes to mind in wanting to be happy is gratefulness. When you allow yourself to be immersed on the present, what life you have then you'll be happy. What robs us of that happiness is the thought of the future that is yet to come.
