In U.S if you move out in the middle of the month to a new apartment, you cant do that? coz you have to move in in the first week of the month? or it depends on the place you are renting?

It all depends on when your lease is up if you have one. Most places have to sign a lease that says you will give 30 days notice if you are going to move sometimes you will end up paying half a months rent if you give noctic on the 15th of March that you will be moving out the 15th of Arpil you will have to pay a half a months rent for April.

In the philippines, you can always move out anytime you want as long as you've been cleared on payment matters. In some cases, if you've paid the whole month and you want to move in the middle, don't expect for some refund as it would kinda tough to compute for how muc would it be.
