Why cant the process be easier? Why do we have to jump through hoops to be seen? Does anyone feel this way? What have you done to make the process easier? What about someone who employs others what do you recomend? How honest do you want us to be?

I am working in a job market. We handle interviews for the employers and make them as easy as possible. It is our responsibilities to help the employer and employee to communicate efficiently and fruitfully.

That sounds like an interesting job. We have something simular to that here but they dont interview for the company. They do a pre-interview to help screen out the people that are not qualifed for the job.

Well, when you are trying to find a job, the employers are searching for someone who is trustworthy and dedicated to doing the job that they assign the employee. So they can't just hire anyone, they need to search and seek someone with all the potentials they look for. That's why it's quite frustrating. One of the best way to get a job is to ask friends who already have a job and try to get them to recommend you to their employer.

Good Point! Thank you for the advice. I have also reached out to my friends.
