CPM & autosurfs

Anybody know of any CPM networks that are autosurf-friendly? I'm sure any that are will likely have the lowest rates, but that's okay.

I know a French autosurf site, and you can find in my space. And the link of my space is in my profile. I have start a discussion to explan it. But I can not find the discussion now. I think it should be delete by some reason.
