chat room in msn messenger???

i just wanted to ask you all users of msn messenger,
do you miss a chat room in msn messenger,
we almost have chat rooms in all the avaiable messengers such as yahoo ,pal talking etc ,why msn does not support this feature? do yu feel its fare enough not to use this feature????

i live in nowhere mexico where we just got phone servcie this year and i got a dial up connection and i just got a new computer but i dont know how to get to chat rooms or talk to peopel or know where to meet peopel or how to even use facebook or those sites so if anyone can figure out how to reach me then let me know what to do or where to go thank you
