white rice - this is very healthy for the daily working persons in a large and with mental tensions.
i would eat rice every day with a menu of minimum 3 or 4 items along with curd. and a finishing of with pan.and sweet.

Usually, the only time I eat rice is when we get fried rice.

i also almost eat rice everyday , i love fried rice too . but normally i would add some soup onto it. Plain rice just dont suit me ^_^
