Hello dear peter. How do I think ahead? Well, this is an interesting discussion to respond to. Yeah, years ago, when I was planning to invest my limited money, I had a great difficulty in whether to get a taxi license or a street business shop for renting. They were of the same price when I was at a loss. Later my wife and I made a decision to buy the shop first as the real estate has been on the rise and we think that it was worth it. We bought it in the end. The next year we were thinking of borrowing some money to buy a taxi licence, it was so surprising that the price for a taxi license was more than doubled. Now it is more than triple. So you see, the price of a taxi license increases much faster than than of the street business shop. Of course, the house has also been on the rise and we still think that it is wise of us to have got the house for business renting. It is now a pity that we will not be able to afford a taxi licence because it is far more than we can pay for. Whatever you do, you need to have a great comparison as to which is a better investment. Well, that was my experience of thinking ahead. Thanks for your discussion.
