If you believe in love at first site/meeting, then you have no control of when you fall in love. It'll just happen. If you believe that love develops over time, then the best age to fall in love is 18+ because then you will be (mostly) free from your parents' will and influence.

Actually, there is no age limit when it comes to love. Because you just feel it and when it come you just need to accept it or it won't come back to you again.
