Sideways rainbow

March 6, 2008 photo of clouds - I think God likes to create patterns in the sky to reward those who keep looking up.

The late afternoon sun yesterday sent its rays through the clouds at just the right angle to make a fraction of a rainbow on its side. I hope you're able to see it in the picture. If you can zoom in, it's almost in the center of the picture, right above the tree line.
