Its that a team with three women and four men,they are very lazy and have not passion to do some work,they are all teachers in a small and not state school,i want to know how to improve them passion and how to build a unit team.
encourage them and influence them wid ur energy... make them feel the work is for real n fun at the sametime.. make them feel comfortable n friendly... bind the team in emotions , trust n friendship..dis will improve ur teams work in any field.
