Check if the site has a forum.Log into the forum and look for payment proof.If a site has all this then it's most likely legit.Try posting stuff in the forums and see how quick the response is.Scam sites are usually badly architectured and will not have a forum.Check the TOS as well.

if it says 'we reserve the right,at its sole discretion,to change,modify,add or remove any portion of this agreement,in whole or in part,at any time' or some content like this,it's more likely to be a scam.
