My stalker is trying to come back to my job site

There was a woman at work who harassed, threatened, and stalked me for about 2 years. Management would not do anything about it (i.e., tried to make me think it was all in my mind) because she's white, I'm black, and this company is notorious for it's racial bias.
She was finally transferred after I complained to the right people, and in retaliation, she filed a harassment complaint against me stating that I harassed and threatened her and that she was TERRIFIED of me.
Now, she hates where she is and is trying to come back to where I work - in my workgroup at that.
How should this be handled?

This may sound odd but try talking to her and get it sorted. Complaining to higher ups and then taking the matter to court would generate a lot of fuss in your life.it can be really miserable. Try sorting this matter out in a simple way
If it doesnt then i am sure your colleagues would have noted your behaviour for some time and they will be in your favour.

If you have the same bosses I would think they would remember the history and keep her out of your work environment.
