How much do you pay for SMS / text messaging

I use Airtel Prepaid connection. SMS was free for me initially but right now I get charged 5 paise for local SMS, 50 paise for national and 3 rupees for international SMS. What are your SMS rates? Please mention what service you use and where you are. I am in Tamilnadu

I was with Hutch, when they were to change to Vodofone, the charges started to increase. I stopped using hutch and shifted to BSNL prepaid. One of the advantages I have now is I pay Rs. 111 everymonth and I get free sms to any network inside Tamilnadu free and to any bsnl landline or bsnl mobile I pay Rs. 1.20 per 3 mins. Also have to f and f numbers for which I pay only 0.10p only one is a landline and the other a mobile and I have activated that too. And now I know I made a right decision in shifting to this.
