how did you feel when you have spammed?

I have spammed by many sites so far. The day when I note that I have been spammed, that day I can't sleep properly - because I feel guilty.Having told by many people that there are so many spam sites with attractive advertisements - I easyly get trapped by those sites,work with those sites and finally get spammed when the payment option comes - may be it is my weakness.Now I have stopped myself from signing to most sites. How about you?
