Does anyone know good real estate agents / realtors on Maui or on the Big Island? It is my dream to buy a condo there and would like advise on foreign ownership there (as I am not American). Also, any advise on where is the best place to buy if you are looking for a holiday home that could be rented out when you are not using it?
